With more than 25 years of experience in the live entertainment industry, Robbie brings extensive knowledge, leadership, and firsthand experience to his role as Chief Executive Officer of Live Entertainment Labor Services.

Throughout his career, Robbie has held a variety of key positions within the industry, including previous Union Business Administrator, Steward, Dispatcher, and Crew Manager. These roles have provided him with a deep understanding of entertainment labor, crew coordination, workforce management, and the demands of live event production.

As CEO, Robbie is focused on building strong relationships with clients, crews, and industry professionals while ensuring that Live Entertainment Labor Services remains committed to providing dependable, skilled, and professional labor.

His experience on multiple sides of the industry gives the insight needed to understand what productions require and how to deliver the right crew for the job. Robbie’s leadership is grounded in experience, teamwork, communication, and a commitment to getting the job done safely, efficiently, and professionally.

With 19 years of experience in the live entertainment industry, I bring a well-rounded understanding of production, operations, and the people who make successful events happen. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of roles, including Certified Stageline Technician, Production Manager, Finance Manager, and Production Technician.

These experiences have given me a unique perspective on both the hands-on and business sides of live event production. I understand the importance of preparation, communication, safety, efficiency, and having the right people in the right place when the show is on the line.

As Chief Operating Officer of Live Entertainment Labor Services, I help oversee operations and ensure that our crews deliver the professionalism, reliability, and expertise our clients expect. My goal is to build strong working relationships, provide dependable crews, and help every production run smoothly from load-in to load-out.
